Sip & Dance Waiver

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below in connection with my participation in the Sip and Dance event hosted by Dance Society by Christie-lee. I understand that the Sip and Dance event can involve dancing and the consumption of alcoholic beverages. I am aware that I am permitted to consume a maximum of two (2) alcoholic drinks during the 2.5 hour duration of the event. I certify that I am of legal drinking age in the location where the event is held and will responsibly manage my alcohol consumption. I acknowledge that Dance Society by Christie-lee, are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from my participation in the event or from the consumption of alcoholic beverages.

I agree to adhere to all event rules and guidelines provided by the organizers. I release Dance Society by Christie-lee, its affiliates, employees, and event sponsors from any liability arising from my participation in the Sip and Dance event.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize the organizers to seek medical attention on my behalf. I have read and understood the terms of this waiver, and I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.
